A multi-specialty hospital on the East Coast was managing clinical, administrative, and billing workflows across four disconnected systems: an aging HIS for OPD, a spreadsheet-based bed management process, a billing tool that had no integration with anything else, and a paper-based pharmacy dispensing log.
