Maison Mosaic, a luxury mosaic tile brand based in the UK, was losing customers at the consideration stage. Customers could not visualise how a custom mosaic pattern would look in their actual space before placing a bespoke order, which starts at £2,500. The result was a long sales cycle (average 4 weeks from enquiry to order), high abandonment at the quote stage, and a disproportionate amount of time spent by their design consultants creating manual renders in Photoshop for each enquiry.
HMB built a real-time interactive configurator for web and native iOS/Android apps. Customers can design their own mosaic by choosing from 200+ tile colours, 30+ pattern templates, or creating freehand designs, and see a live 3D preview rendered in their chosen room setting. A one-click quote is generated from the design, and orders can be placed directly through the app.
